Restore 2026

January 19-23

Spaces are limited to preserve intimacy

Overview

Over five sacred days, you will journey through the heart of the Yucatán Peninsula, from jungle to cenote, from ceremony to ocean , all guided by Mayan wisdom and somatic ritual.

This is not a retreat to escape life, but a return to it: grounding your body, releasing old weight, and remembering the language of your nervous system. Each day unfolds through a living arc of elements and dimensions inviting you into deeper restoration, connection, and celebration.

Day 1 — Arrival & Opening the Circle

Landing in the Body; Honoring Land and Lineage

Arrive, gather offerings, and open the sacred space of the retreat in the Mayan lands

We recommend arriving in Playa del Carmen the day before the retreat begins so you can rest, settle in, and start the journey feeling refreshed. The next morning, we’ll gather as a group to make sure everyone is accounted for and ready to travel together into the heart of the Yucatán.

Closer to the retreat date, we’ll send the exact meet-up location and help coordinate an easy, stress-free transition. If you’d like guidance with flights, pre- or post-retreat lodging, or airport transfers, our team is happy to assist.

Arrive in Playa del Carmen (we recommend coming the day before the retreat begins).

At 9:00 AM, you’ll meet the group and begin your journey toward the heart of the Yucatán. On the way, you’ll stop at the Valladolid Mayan Farmers Market,a vibrant colonial town, to gather offerings of flowers, herbs, candles, copal, and cacao. This is where your journey begins: connecting with the hands that grow and prepare the gifts of this land.

After a shared lunch, you’ll continue to our jungle sanctuary in Yucatán, arriving around 2:00 PM to settle in and rest. There’s a natural cenote on the property — you’re encouraged to swim and let the water cleanse your travel energy.

At 4:00 PM, the retreat officially opens with a Welcome Ritual and Blessing Ceremony led by Abuela Tina and her family, direct descendants of the ancient Mayan lineage. They will open the retreat space through prayer, incense, and sacred water.

Following the blessing, you’ll enter the Opening Circle, guided by Adrián, Cora, and Carrie, including breathwork, gentle somatic grounding, and shared intentions. You’ll meet the guardians of the land, present your offerings, and be purified with copal smoke and prayer.

The evening closes with dinner at the sanctuary, followed by a fire circle for quiet reflection, storytelling, and early rest under the stars.

Day 2 — The Womb Remembers

Sacred Waters · Inner Listening · Release

Morning practice, womb-wisdom teachings, cenote ritual, and night of song

The morning begins with gentle yoga and body awakening led by Cora, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Later, Adrián will guide a workshop on Mayan Healing from Burnout, introducing the principles of Mayan Somatic Massage, ancestral cosmology, and trauma-informed care.

You’ll learn how the Mayan tradition understands imbalance and restoration, and receive short 1:1 Mayan Massage mini-sessions from Adrián and local healers.

After lunch and rest, you’ll travel to a hidden sanctuary in the jungle, for a Water Ceremony — honoring the element of release and renewal. There you’ll share a farm-to-table dinner with a local chef who introduces medicinal plants and regional ingredients.

As night falls, you’ll gather around the cenote for “Sound from the Deep”, a meditative song and voice-activation circle, letting sound and silence become medicine.

After sunrise breathwork and breakfast, you’ll journey to a Mayan community just over the border of Quintana Roo. Here, you’ll join a family cooking lesson, learning to prepare ancestral dishes and medicinal teas from local plants — reconnecting with the heart of Mayan home life. A light, home-style lunch will be shared as part of this experience, prepared together with your hosts.

In the afternoon, you’ll participate in an authentic Temazcal Ceremony, guided by local spiritual leaders — a rebirth ritual in the womb of Mother Earth. You’ll move through four sacred doors, each representing a stage of cleansing and renewal. The ceremony closes with cool drinks, fruit, and quiet integration.

As dusk approaches, you’ll return to the sanctuary and share dinner together followed by gathering around the Seva Tree Fire Circle for songs, gratitude, and deep rest under the stars.

Day 3 — Rebirth

Temazcal · Nourishment · Renewal

A full-day immersion into Mayan village life: cooking, temazcal, and ceremony

Day 4 — Liberation & Expression

The Mayan Three Realms — Underworld, Earth, and Sky

Journey into the cave, return to the earth through tea and conscious nutrition, and rise to the sky with cacao and ecstatic dance

The day begins with Somatic Liberation Flow: yoga and movement for emotional release and vitality. After breakfast, you’ll embark on the Journey of the Underworld: a guided meditation and activation inside a sacred cave — entering the symbolic depths of consciousness and receiving the medicine of the inframundo.

Returning to the surface, Cora will host a Tea & Conscious Nutrition Session — an intentional return to the Earth — followed by Sacred Embodied Communication & Intimacy, a workshop on sharing truth without collapse or aggression.

In the evening, you’ll have time to swim, rest, or journal. After dinner, the group will gather for the Cacao & Ecstatic Dance Ceremony — a celebration and prayer through movement, a ritual of joy, liberation, and empowerment that represents the Sky.Cacao Ceremony facilitated by Adrián; Ecstatic Dance facilitated by Carrie.

This is an embodied prayer to the heavens through music, dance, and song.

Day 5 — Integration & Farewell to the Mayan Land

Returning Home to Self

Gentle integration, cenote + taco stop, and a closing circle by the Caribbean

You’ll rise peacefully for an optional morning stretch and breakfast. After check-out, the group will travel toward Tulum, stopping at a natural cenote for a final swim and reflection. A traditional Yucatecan lunch awaits along the road, a last taste of the land.

By mid-afternoon, you’ll arrive at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. At sunset, you’ll gather for a Closing Circle by the Ocean — a final prayer and farewell to the Mayan land.

After the closing ceremony, transportation returns you to Tulum or Playa del Carmen, where you may continue resting, explore conscious tours, or book post-retreat integration sessions with Adrián or Cora.

Throughout the Retreat

  • Integration Spaces: Pool, journaling, meditation nooks, nature walks.
